CAV Wine Club Terms & Conditions

CAV offers wine clubs at three tiers: 3-bottle, 6-bottle and Subscription. There is no fee to join a CAV Wine Club, and you may sign up anytime online, via phone or by visiting the tasting room. As a member you agree to all terms and conditions of membership.

All CAV Club Members and the person signing for your wine shipment must be at least 21 years of age.

CAV Heritage Club and Legacy Club members are required to purchase three or six bottles respectively each quarter. Members will receive advance notification to select their wines online prior to the quarterly Pick-Up Party. If selections are not made by the Pick-Up Party deadline, Curran Alexander Vineyards will process the order using the designated quarterly default selections, and the member's payment method on file will be charged accordingly.

All CAV wine clubs are a 1 year commitment and renew automatically  each January 1st. 1st year memberships are pro-rated based on the month joined. Upon signing up for the CAV wine club, your membership will continue until canceled.

You may make any changes to your membership or cancel at any time by contacting events@curranalexander.com. Changes or cancellations made after club processing may be subject to extra charges.

By completing a membership application (in-person or on-line), you authorize CAV to charge your credit card for the club benefits as described.
